Assistance for Active Job Seeking
In conjunction with the Belgrade Center for Social Enterprise, Neostart works to help released clients find jobs, an essential part of their reintegration into society. Clients are assisted in their job search by trained Neostart volunteers as well as by the constant support of experts from the Center. As part of this service, clients receive help in building their CVs, preparing for job interviews, and can receive relevant information about continuing their education. This service facilitates contact with the National Employment Service and in the opening of an employment history.
Interested clients can also get involved in selling copies of the newspaper LICE ULICE, which is a publication put out by another non-governmental organization in Belgrade. LICE ULICE is distributed be people from vulnerable groups and sellers are permitted to keep half of the profits from the newspapers they sell.
